SALARY & BENEFITS

Pay:

  • $75,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
  • $26.00 – $45.00 per flag hour Manufactures Master Technicians at higher rates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Properly complete services and/or repairs
  • Assist dealership in efforts to exceed customer expectations
  • Complete all work safely
  • Maintain tools to perform work technician is trained on
  • Properly use, clean, and return special tools
  • Produce high quality work demonstrating pride in work
  • Return customer’s vehicle clean, and use vehicle protection, seat covers, fender covers, floor mats, and other necessary protective equipment
  • Maintain an up-to-date status on technical training
  • Perform daily lift inspections
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform MPI inspections and video inspections
  • Provide complete and accurate estimates
  • Provide accurate cause and correction on all repairs
  • Maintain professional positive attitude
  • Stay productive
  • Return warranty parts and cores to parts
  • Establish a good working relationship with all dealership personnel
  • Attend required meetings
  • Report unsafe working conditions to management
  • Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and efficient manner
